We LOVE LOVE LOVE when we get to feature the work of the selected vendors in our directory. Today, we get to feature a reform wedding coordinated by Scheme Events.
Amy and Ryan wanted a wedding that would reflect who they are as a couple. As guests waited for sundown and for the ceremony to begin, they mingled and enjoyed stations of Mexican, Asian and Italian food. Amy envisioned an all white wedding. A beautifully lit and accessorized chuppah was a must from the beginning of the planning process. A romantic ceremony was created with pops of blush pink and white floral and dramatic draping.
As the reception doors opened, Harbor Lights began playing songs to welcome guests to their tables following the ceremony. Amy and Ryan wanted a live band to give each of their guests something to enjoy, dancers and non-dancers. Guests enjoyed a meal prepared by Ryan’s Aunt Madeline of Madeline Morris Catering. Having a family member cook and cater their wedding day food added an extra touch of something special for Amy and Ryan.
Probably not to hard to guess: the tallit wrap! I always love a good tallit wrap. Although, having Aunt Madeline cater is a very close second! Oh, and we’re pretty enamored with the cake too!
