If you’ve ever dreamed of an al fresco celebration under the California sun, Doreen and Chris’ summer wedding set at Oak Canyon Ranch is for you. Its rustic elegance meets bohemian style with Jewish tradition tied in every step of the way.
Doreen radiated in her Martina Liana wedding dress and sparkling headpiece while Chris looked equally dashing in a gray suit and bowtie. Following their first look, the couple held a signing of the ketubah ceremony and then set off to exchange vows beneath the chuppah.
White petals lined the aisle for a wildly romantic look, and the couple pledged their love followed by a sweet kiss to officially seal the deal.
More from the photographer, Elizabeth Burgi:
At the reception, all of the guests had a fantastic time partying the night away. The color palette was made up of white, gold, and subtle pinks and greens that tied everything together. The vibe was incredibly happy, fun, and I could tell everyone was very close.
For decor, barrels acted as overside flower pots and gold-painted vases were placed on every table with lively pastel flowers that stood out against the clean white backdrop. The gold chairs and gold-accented place cards brought it together. When guests sat down at the outdoor tables to enjoy the reception, both families came together to truly share in the joy of the celebration.
