Not so much a Modern Jewish Wedding;

More like the polar opposite…A Big Fat Gypsy Wedding

Each year in January, the wedding event professionals of the Nuptial Essentials Association of Wedding Planners take a deep breath, let our hair down and recognize our colleagues who have achieved greatness.  Following last year’s elegant Black & White Ball with Pete’s dueling pianos was a challenge.

But, leave it to a team of party professionals to figure it out!  We schooled one another on the newest popular wedding show–My Big Fat Gypsy Wedding.

It’s a popular show on TLC, an insider’s look at the Gypsy culture.  The televised series has taken wedding bling to new heights.

A Gypsy Wedding created the perfect back drop for an evening of fun, frivolity and fashion mistakes made by those of us who live real wedding glitz all year long.

That’s me, Jewish Wedding Expert, Michele in the pink wig with the pink, glitzed shades, the neon pink leggings and the tutu too!  Our faux wedding reception for Aurora & Rox used a color palette of pink, orange, lime and some neon to create a one of a kind look that words alone can not describe.

Hence the video…

Thanks to all my friends and fellow party professionals for a great 2012!  Raise your glass for an even better 2013.

L’Chaim!
