What can I say about these two, aside from the usual suspects of adjectives like unique, charismatic, fun, loving and awesome.
Noemi is a performance artist, who was actually published in the Huffington post. When she is not performing under her alter ego, Madeline Minx, she can be found teaching students at a local east bay college.
If you hadn’t guessed by the images, these two are avid dancers – and that is how they met. One fateful salsa night at the El Rio club brought these two souls together and they quickly realized they were a match and have been together ever since.
Pepe, a culinary artist – of the Paella kind (- he is THE paella guy!) also does SF walking tours and likes to take people to the hidden little gems of the City – like unknown stairways, epic MUNI stations and a nice view of the city that not all tourists are privy to.
Photographer Cherlyn tells us, “One of the must have shots that the couple wanted was a shot of them two together on the bench looking over at the city – a la Woody Allen’s movie Manhattan. Since Dolores park is obviously a go to spot for both locals and tourists alike, it was really hard to have the bench all to ourselves but lucky for us – ask and ye shall receive. People were really kind to oblige our photo taking requests..and some even had fun with it 🙂
I can’t wait to capture their wedding in August! If I’ve learned anything from our engagement session (and Noemi’s video & performance!), I know their wedding will be fun filled with dancing awesomeness and laughter! Plus I hear some Jewish traditions, like the hora will be incorporated. YAY! FUN!”
