We’re on an “We told you so kick this week!” Yesterday, we proved we were right about the Gatsby trend (and what an elegant trend it is).  Today, we’re proving the awesome trendyness of the small plates and food stations. The Modern Jewish Wedding Details Josh and Elyse were married at Temple Beth El in Upstate New York. The Temple is stunning with floor to ceiling stained glass windows and soaring natural brick walls. Elyse…

A MJW worthy of a Tony Award Last year at this time we told you Gatsby Weddings were going to be a trend for 2013.  As we head into the end of the year, we can safely say, “We told you so!” But, Bride Marlo, studied dramatic literature, theater and dance at Princeton and is the Founder and Artistic Director of her own event production company, Eating Their Words, took Gatsby up a notch.  Through…

We’re Gettin’ Our Halloween On… And, we’re seriously feelin the attention to detail in this fun-lovin couple’s wedding decor. Ultimately, we all want our Modern Jewish Wedding (or Bat Mitzvah or Birthday Party) to be memorable to our guests.   We  saw this inspirational wedding video for first time when it came out last year and it has stayed in our memory ever since.  Why?  It’s the attention to the small details which assaults each of…

Another Capital Romance! Yesterday, we saw this lovely Annapolis E-Session.  Today, we’re back in the Washington D.C./Maryland area of Sharon & Rob. • Erin and Daniel had a beautiful, intimate wedding at the elegant Four Seasons Hotel in downtown Austin. It was a beautiful spring day for a simple, laid back ceremony on the back lawn and a low-key dinner reception followed afterward indoors.
-
Erin didn’t want the spotlight to be on herself too much; she and Daniel were both keen to spend as much time as possible with their families and friends. Becky with Brock and Co Events did an outstanding job executing a flawless event.
