WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The Modern Jewish Wedding is the go-to website for the Jewish bride and her entourage. The winner of the OneWed.com Next Big Bridal Blog & the only blog targeted to the Jewish consumer edited by a certified Jewish lifecycle & event planner. MJW also publishes newsletters with a nationwide distribution and has a planner/book release in Fall ’17.
Real Weddings: MJW seeks content from Jewish weddings or weddings with Jewish touches (all forms of Judaism are represented including Orthodox, Same Sex and Interfaith)
- Rehearsal Dinners/Sunday Brunches of Jewish/Interfaith couples
- Engagement Shoots (at least one member of the couple should be Jewish)
- Inspiration (styled shoots, new wedding trends, favorites): These DO NOT need to show a Jewish influence
- Bar/Bat Mitzvah Receptions
- Jewish holiday celebrations such as Shabbat, Passover or Chanukah
Our readers prefer a magazine style, photo-journalistic approach to telling your client’s story. Photographs with a clean look and great styling of each shot and not too much editing of the shots after the fact would be great. Anything that puts a different spin on beach/island/hotel wedding would be welcome.
